RAKEZ Approved Auditor

Annual Audit requirement

The Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) has approved NGM as an approved auditor. Accordingly NGM assists numerous RAKEZ clients in their annual audit requirements. All RAKEZ clients are required to file audited financial statements by 30 June each year.

Financial statements for RAKEZ are to be prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

NGM provides annual audit services, liquidation reports as well as corporate services for RAKEZ clients.
